Health and safety for our guests and team
Due to Covid 19 there are some measures we have had to put in place, if you could have a read of the below and familiarize yourself with our 'new normal'. This is as new to us as it is to you, so please bear with us. We are very proud of our Five Star Food Hygiene Rating and this reflects throughout the rest of the Pub.
Due to Covid – 19 we have had to make half of our Car Park into a Beer Garden, this means that the remaining parking will be solely for residents.
We are asking that all guests check in after 4pm. All guests are asked to check in through our back entrance of the pub, this is so we can minimise the contact and people using the front entrance. Details will be obtained from you as you check in and you will be shown to your room, your key for your room will be in the door and you will be shown where the fire exit is.
Breakfast will be served at staggered times, when you check in you will be asked which slot you would like. Breakfast will remain between 8.30am and 9.30am, however there will be 15 minute slots for you to come downstairs so that you can distance from other guests in the hallways.
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and for hygiene purposes your rooms cannot be serviced during your stay, we have invested in O-Zone Generators which completely sanitise the rooms before your stay. If you require new towels, teas and coffees etc these can be provided at breakfast.
Our Restaurant and Bar Area will now be operating as bookings only as we have lost more than a third of our tables, this will mean If you would like to eat with us it is essential that you book a table as soon as possible. All tables will be table service with no one going to the bar.
All tables outside are first come, first serve. You will be required to order at the bottom bar, there will be a queuing system in place and only one person must enter the Bar Area to order at once.
